By placing a custom order, I understand and agree that EB & Co. may photograph and use images or videos of my completed product for website, online store, social-media, advertising, promotional, portfolio, email marketing, and other business purposes.
I understand that customized details visible on the product, including names, dates, messages, photographs, logos, business names, school names, team names, or similar personalized content, may appear in such marketing materials.
I understand that EB & Co. will not intentionally share my payment information, shipping address, email address, phone number, or other private order information for marketing purposes.
If I do not want my customized product used for marketing, I understand that I must notify EB & Co. in writing before placing my order or before the order enters production.
I confirm that I have the authority and permission to provide all submitted names, photographs, artwork, logos, trademarks, and other custom content. If my order includes a child's name, image, or identifying information, I confirm that I am the child's parent or legal guardian, or that I have permission from the child's parent or legal guardian.
