TERMS AND CONDITIONS Last Updated: September 17, 2026 Welcome to EB & Co. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EB & Co. website, products, services, and purchases. By visiting our website, submitting an order, or purchasing a product from EB & Co., you agree to these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. ORDER ACCEPTANCE Submitting an order request through the EB & Co. website is an offer to purchase the selected product(s). No payment is collected when you submit your order request. EB & Co. personally reviews your order and customization details and may contact you to clarify colors, sizing, design, or other customization. Once the details are confirmed, EB & Co. sends an invoice with payment instructions. An order is not considered accepted for production until the details are confirmed and full payment has been successfully received. EB & Co. reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order at any time, including when a product is unavailable, pricing or product information contains an error, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is suspected, or an order appears to violate these Terms. If EB & Co. cancels an order after payment has been collected, the customer will be notified and a refund will be issued for the canceled item(s), when applicable. PAYMENT IN FULL No payment is required when your order request is submitted. After EB & Co. reviews and confirms your order details with you, we send an invoice and payment instructions, and full payment is required before production begins. EB & Co. does not begin processing, creating, producing, fulfilling, or shipping an order until full payment has been successfully received and confirmed. For custom and made-to-order products, full payment is required before production begins. A deposit, partial payment, payment plan, or verbal agreement does not reserve a production slot, confirm an order, or require EB & Co. to begin work unless EB & Co. provides written approval stating otherwise. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY Prices, product descriptions, product availability, promotions, and other website content may change at any time without notice. EB & Co. makes reasonable efforts to ensure website information is accurate; however, we do not guarantee that descriptions, colors, images, prices, availability, or other content are complete, current, or error-free. Product colors and appearance may vary based on device screens, display settings, materials, production methods, lighting, and other factors. Minor variations that do not materially affect the intended product are not considered defects. If a pricing, product-description, or availability error is discovered after an order is placed, EB & Co. may correct the error and contact the customer with available options, including cancellation and refund of the affected order. MADE-TO-ORDER AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS Many EB & Co. products are made to order and created specifically after an order is placed. Please allow up to 10 business days for production before shipment. Shipping and carrier transit time are separate from the production period. Custom orders may include customer-selected names, dates, colors, wording, sizing, designs, photographs, artwork, logos, or other requested specifications. Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting an order. Once a custom or made-to-order product has entered production, changes, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds may not be available except where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect because of an EB & Co. error. CUSTOM CONTENT AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY By submitting photographs, names, logos, artwork, designs, trademarks, text, or other content for a custom product, you represent that you own the content or have all necessary permissions, licenses, and authority to submit and use it. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate. EB & Co. reserves the right to reject or cancel an order containing content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or the rights of another person or organization. EB & Co. is not responsible for errors in customer-provided or customer-approved details, including spelling, dates, names, wording, sizes, colors, artwork, or design selections. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Shipping, delivery, tracking, address changes, carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, and returned-to-sender packages are governed by the EB & Co. Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. EB & Co. is not responsible for delays, losses, return shipments, or incorrect delivery caused by an inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND CORRECTIONS Returns, exchanges, refunds, replacements, and corrections are governed by the EB & Co. Return and Custom Orders Policy. Custom and made-to-order items are generally final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund because of a change of mind, preference change, incorrect customer-provided information, or customer-approved customization details. If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order because of an EB & Co. error, contact EB & Co. within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. EB & Co. will review the request and, where appropriate, provide a correction, repair, replacement, or other reasonable resolution. CUSTOM ORDER MARKETING CONSENT (OPTIONAL) Marketing use of your completed customized product is optional and based on your consent. EB & Co. will photograph, video record, display, repost, share, or use images or videos of your completed customized product for business and marketing purposes only if you give permission, such as by checking the optional marketing-consent box when you place your custom order or by telling us in writing. Declining marketing use will not affect order acceptance, production, pricing, delivery, or customer service. Marketing use may include, but is not limited to, the EB & Co. website, online store, social-media pages, advertisements, promotional materials, email marketing, printed materials, portfolio, product listings, and other business-related marketing channels. EB & Co. will not intentionally share your payment information, shipping address, phone number, email address, or other private order information for marketing purposes. Please understand that a customized product may include visible identifying details, such as names, dates, messages, photographs, business names, logos, school names, team names, or other personalized content. If you consent and EB & Co. photographs or shares the completed product for marketing purposes, those customized details may be visible. If you do not consent, no marketing use will be made of your customized product. If you consent and later change your mind, you may withdraw your permission at any time by notifying EB & Co. in writing. EB & Co. will make reasonable efforts to stop future marketing use, although materials already published or distributed may not always be able to be removed. Separately from marketing consent, and as required to create your order, you confirm that you have the right and permission to provide any names, photographs, artwork, logos, trademarks, messages, or other content submitted to EB & Co. This confirmation is required for every custom order because it concerns your right to submit the content, and it is not marketing permission. For orders containing a photograph, image, name, or other identifying information of a child or minor, the person placing the order confirms that they are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or that they have received permission from the child’s parent or legal guardian to submit the content and authorize its use as described in this policy. EB & Co. reserves the right to decline, remove, or refrain from using any product image or marketing content at its discretion.
